New clients please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment


Reservations for spa packages
50% deposit is required.


Payment
We accept major credit cards, MAC, and cash only.


Cancellations
Please give 48 hour notice for all cancellations to avoid 50% deposit charge.


Product Returns
No cash refunds on retail products, spa credit or exchanges only.


Children
Serenity is a place of relaxation for all clients. Please make other arrangements for your children while you are at the spa.
